Scale of Letting Charges – Tenants

The equivalent of 1 x weeks rent will be taken as a ‘holding deposit’ this will be detailed in our letting brochure. This is refundable unless; a tenant withdraws from taking the tenancy, fails a ‘Right to Rent’ check or provides false information.

Ongoing Tenancy Charges

  • Variation, assignment or novation of a tenancy £50.00
  • Late payment of rent, 3% above Bank of England base rate after 14 days of arrears
  • Replacement of lost keys/security devices at cost

All the above charges (where applicable) incl. VAT at the prevailing rate.
