  • Collect first month’s rent and security deposit
  • Register the deposit with the Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS)*
  • Arrange for safety checks on gas appliances and electrical services*
  • Arrange for Legionella Risk Assessment*
  • Installation of smoke/carbon monoxide alarms*
  • Transfer of council tax and utility supply accounts
  • Payment of rent, less agreed fee, VAT and any associated contractor costs together with payment statement
